House rulesQuiet hours 10pm-7am. No parties or unregistered guests. No smoking inside (yard/patio is fine). No animals. Check-out 10am; late check-out must be arranged a day ahead. House-rule violations incur a $300 penalty.
Good to know: coffee and tea in the cupboards - the white remote runs the AC/heater (please turn it off when you leave). Your unit's printed guide has its parking, laundry and trash details.
